Cheesy Corn Pudding
Baked, brown, and delicious!
Ingredients
1 box Jiffy corn mix
1 can sweet corn, drained
1 can cream-style corn
2 eggs
8 oz. sour cream
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Directions
Pre-heat your oven to 375*. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together. Pour into a casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray. Bake until the top is golden and a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.

This is the best stuff ever! My close friend made it for me once and I have been hooked since. She uses 2 cans of cream corn I believe and leaves out the eggs. SO YUM!
