I’m not feeling very loquacious today… it’s been one of those weeks.
I made these, in a double recipe. Well, not exactly. I used almost equal amounts wheat and oat flour, and they were wonderful, mostly because of these:
Farm-fresh eggs from a coworker who keeps chickens. Drippy eggs are in my future…
Back to the pancakes. Lots and lots of pancakes.
But they were missing something.
Ah, thats better. Three slices of bacon, slightly mangled and very crispy made it a perfect plate.
Spring is surely on its way, and it’s going to be sweet, if these blueberries are any indication.
