I had a great plan for a fun post with a delicious cheesy enchilada chicken type recipe for tonight. And then my scholastic bowl (a.k.a. Nerd Herd, so named by the kids) meet went late and suddenly, Chipotle sounded way better. So my co-coach and I went for Chipotle bowls and it was delicious.
And effort-free. And did I mention delicious? (Please excuse the iPhone photos, I haven’t had my big camera with me the last few days.)
My new hobby of crocheting amigurumi (Japanese animal/food/random cute items) has gotten a bit out of control. I’ve now made the macaron and cupcake I showed you last week, and then an elephant, an owl, and a dragon (pattern here!), each cuter than the next.
Pinterest has taken over almost all of my Facebook friends, and has since provided countless hilarious pictures I simply must share. Caution: PG-13 Content!
Two pet peeves summed up so nicely: Crappy music and bad grammar.
A coworker showed me this video two days ago, and I’ve watched it about a dozen times and it never ceases to make me snort laughing.

i had ordered chicken chipotle burrito bowls at the restaurant. I got the red chili sauce which is basically the crushed tomatoes and chili peppers in adobe sauce…i made this and bought some red chile sauce from the supermarket…and it was so delicious…
