Every summer for as long as I’ve worked at camp, we’ve gone to Green Meadows Farm for a day on a real working farm. Last year, it was the first week of camp, it was a bit chilly, and most photos have me in my sweatshirt. This year was a different story. I’ll let the numbers and photos speak for themselves!

102: Campers who went to the farm
142: Campers who were old enough to go to Hurricane Harbor at Six Flags

2: Times I’ve eaten this Jambalaya at the Yard House
4: Times Skylar forgot that she wanted fish and chips
~7: Times I’ve ever been with Lizz and she ordered a salad. Today was one.
11,000: Times I’ve been with Lizz and she ordered creme brulee. Today was one.

I cannot, however, count the gratitude I have for all of you for all your warm wishes about the passing of our dog… my family greatly appreciated the kind thoughts as well. You’re all the best!

I love your camp adventures in numbers! Skylar is just too cute!
Sorry to hear about your family dog – our dog is getting up there – in fact the last couple months he couldn’t even make the 10 stairs up to our deck to the front door – turns out old Ed has arthritis – but they gave him some medicine and he’s like a new dog!
Still can’t catch the bunnies though!
Hugs!

This was such a cute post. It looks like the campers (and you) had a lot of fun!
