Today marks the beginning of what I like to call “Birthday Week”! Thursday is my birthday, and I’m fully intending on celebrating the big 3-0 for this entire week! The cute food to follow is an edible representation of some of what I’ll be doing this week to celebrate. I’m so excited!
So, what am I doing this week? Burger and beer with my camp friends, wine and dinner with Adam (a couple times!), we’re seeing the Shrek musical, and having my birthday party with friends downtown Chicago, as well as much relaxing. I’m going to Lake County Fair with camp, and making my campers (a.k.a. duckies) some cupcakes… It should be a fantastic week!

Mara, I remember 30, I had just had my first child one month before and he was 7 weeks early! So I was busy with the whole nurse, sleep and eat only thing. lol
