Hi Tiare! The original cake recipe makes about 24 cupcakes, though when I made them, they were a little big. You could probably get 27-28 out of a single recipe. I would recommend just doubling the recipe and filling your cups a little more than half, and you’ll get 60. It’ll be great! Don’t be nervous!
