Speedy Pizza

It’s a beautiful night, so I’m going to make this a fast one! I was planning on a simple meal of a quick pizza, but I didn’t take into account that I was using different flour for the dough… alas, I had to make it twice!

Then, I forgot to spray my pan, so my pizza stuck to the baking pan I’d used… it was not an easy dinner! It was, however, pretty and delicious! I swear, the full moon makes me mess up my meals every time, not to mention making me exhausted from the insanity at school.

Tonight’s beauty was:

1/2 batch 10-10-10 pizza dough

1/4 cup pizza sauce

1/4 cup shredded light mozzarella cheese

baby bella mushrooms, sliced

chopped fresh broccoli

1 ounce Chavrie goat cheese

Baked at 425 degrees for about 10 minutes

Pried off the baking pan and then ripped into pieces because it had completely stuck

I never thought I’d be able to do what so many other bloggers have been able to… post pictures of myself in a magazine! I still can’t quite believe it… I’ve gotten a few emails from people who have seen the article, and I love that my mom and I are in the table of contents! It’s all very exciting!

I’m off to be a nice teacher and make my lovely 8th graders some meringues for tomorrow…they’ve finished their first complete chapter for the term!
