Mara I totally make a dish like this! Sometimes I use cream cheese but usually goat cheese. And I sautee the chicken in some stock and red wine. Oh so good! I absolutely love stuffed things (fish and chicken). It’s such a yummy and totally gorgeous thing to make.

Stuffed food is always amazing!

I always try to plan our meals based on the random things I have opened in my fridge or freezer. Sometimes it works out brilliantly, and others, not so much, but at least I am being resourceful!
