That is exactly how I make my taco salad. I use sweet n spicy french dressing. So good. Sounds like you had a nice long weekend.

Everything looks amazing! Sounds like the perfect way to spend a Sunday — warming a home

I have the day off today, too (for the most part, minus a few hours of work I have to do). Enjoy! Good luck with writing thank yous!

I have to work today — but it is low operational so the pace is less hectic then a normal Monday. After work, the husband and I will be cleaning and putting our living room back together….it’s been is disarray since the hardwood floors went down on Friday.
