		<description>Great guest post Beth!  I am the queen of trying to get the most food for the least amount of calories! :D

Love adding egg whites to breakfast burritos - makes it seem like a lot of food for only 50 calories a 1/2 cup - I made one for my breakfast yesterday and it kept me full for HOURS! :D
